Andrew is a Senior Consultant at FenwayXⁿ with over 7 years of experience in the construction industry. During this time, he has worked in both contracting and consultancy environments, developing practical expertise in the assessment and evaluation of claims across a range of projects, including the analysis of scope changes, disruption, prolongation, damages, and inefficiencies.

Andrew is qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (BSc Hons) and specialises in quantum analysis, construction change management, and commercial risk assessment. Throughout his Quantity Surveying and consultancy experience, he has supported the assessment and management of construction change orders and disputed scopes under a range of contract types on engineering and infrastructure projects, principally within the civil engineering and highways sectors.

Andrew has developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review complex project information, identify key commercial issues, and communicate technical matters in a clear and concise manner. He has also supported the preparation of expert reports by undertaking detailed quantum analysis, reviewing project records, and assisting with the quantification of claims.
