Independent expert on programming and delay - High-rise residential tower

Appointed as an independent delay expert in Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) proceedings between the contractor and developer. The dispute was in relation to the construction of a 300m residential tower, comprising a 6-storey basement, 8-storey podium and a circa 70-storey tower.
We undertook a detailed analysis of all available project records over a 6-year construction period to establish the precise extent and causes of delay to the project. Our evidence was preferred and formed the basis of the Tribunal's award.
