This statement is published on behalf of FenwayXn Ltd and any affiliated entities, together ‘The Company’, with reference to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
FenwayXn Ltd is a UK-based provider of independent expert services, advisory services, and project management services to the international engineering and construction industry.
We also operate within the United Kingdom and engage with suppliers and subcontractors in the engineering, construction, and professional services sectors.
We have policies in place to promote ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws including a Whistleblowing Policy and a Supplier Code of Conduct.
We conduct basic due diligence on suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they comply with legal and ethical standards, including checks for modern slavery risks where appropriate.
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors and signed by a Director. It is published on our website with a link on the homepage, in accordance with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
