We were appointed as trusted advisors during the live construction phase of a complex 8MW, 8,000m2 data centre, which featured intricate power and infrastructure interfaces.
Our role was to provide strategic project management advice to the developer, covering issues such as strategic project phasing, effective management of temporary access provisions and analysis of commissioning options. The implementation of our advice provided a clear path which we regularly monitored for the remainder of the highly active and technical construction phase.
