She specialises in high-value international disputes and has provided expert delay evidence under LCIA and ICC rules on some of the world’s most complex energy projects. Her portfolio includes large oil & gas field developments in mid-Asia and Europe, processing plants in North Africa, and power generation facilities in the Middle East. 

Before specialising in dispute resolution, Qingjing spent over a decade as a project engineer delivering major energy projects globally. Her industry background spans the entire project lifecycle - from concept selection and FEED to detailed design, supply chain management, site supervision, and structural integrity assessments - giving her a deep technical perspective when analysing disputes.
