He has advised on multi-billion-pound disputes and pre-dispute strategies, producing forensic delay analyses and independent expert evidence under arbitration and adjudication proceedings. Güven holds an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King’s College London, an MSc in Construction Management, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University, Turkey. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a certified Project Management Professional®, and author of an article on concurrent delay published in the Construction Law Journal.
