Jon Chan is a Chartered Engineer with over fourteen years of experience in managing complex construction projects and resolving high-stakes disputes across the UK and globally. He has been appointed as a delay expert and has delivered in numerous adjudications and arbitration hearings.

Jon’s delay and programming expertise is further enriched with his engineering and construction experience, having worked at management level on large international energy projects with Hereema Marine Contractors and Petrofac. His practical on-site experience provides invaluable insights into construction management and cuts through the complexities of construction processes and planning.  His approach fosters transparency, builds client confidence, and allows for informed decision-making at every stage of the project.
