Jonathon Bloomfield is a Director at FenwayXⁿ and a Chartered Civil Engineer with more than two decades of experience in the construction industry. He specialises in engineering and construction investigations, dispute resolution, advisory, and project management services, with a particular focus on delay and programming disputes.

Jonathon has advised clients on delivery risks and project challenges associated with complex civil engineering and building projects worldwide. His experience spans diagnostic reviews of failing construction projects, forensic investigations, and high-stakes dispute resolution. He has been appointed as a delay expert on numerous matters and has provided both written and oral evidence, including cross-examination.  These have been in relation to MEP design and build projects, large-scale infrastructure and energy developments, and the construction of office and residential buildings.

Earlier in his career, Jonathon became a Chartered Engineer while working for a leading UK construction company. During this time, he developed his expertise in project planning, risk management, and commercial strategy, working on high-profile, multimillion-pound engineering and construction contracts from initial design through to commissioning and handover.
