Liane Edwards is a Registered Architect with over 20 years' experience delivering major construction projects. She combines deep technical expertise with practical contractor knowledge, specialising in design delivery, coordination, risk management and project recovery. Liane is trusted to resolve complex technical challenges and support high-profile disputes and inquires.

She has extensive expertise in the development, coordination and delivery of detailed construction information, multidisciplinary design management, technical compliance, buildability, construction sequencing and design risk management. Having worked from both lead consultant and main contractor perspectives, she possesses an in-depth understanding of how design decisions influence programme, procurement, cost, quality and construction outcomes.

She has a broad range of design, technical and project management experience, gained through the delivery of major and complex construction projects across the UK in both architectural and main contractor roles.
